Privacy

Your home is not our business.

HomeFeud uses only the information needed to run your account, household, scores, and notifications.

Pre-release draft: legal review and company details must be completed before publishing.

Information we use

Account identity from Apple or Google, your chosen display name and partner label, household membership, activities you record, invitation state, notification preferences, and technical delivery metadata.

Private household content

Activity and Fixit notes are visible to household members. Support staff see metadata by default. Sensitive notes require a reasoned, audited support grant that expires after 15 minutes.

Account deletion

You can request deletion in the app. Authentication records and personally identifying profile data are removed; shared historical entries may remain in anonymized form as “Former partner” so the other person’s history remains coherent.

How to delete your account, including help if you can’t sign in.

Service providers

HomeFeud plans to use Convex for application data and authentication, Apple and Google for sign-in, Expo for push delivery, and Resend for invitation email. The final policy will list controllers, processors, regions, and retention periods.
